Many Roads To Here
Assistant Audio Producer
A podcast series featuring stories of migration and identity told in immigrants’ own words.
I work as an associate producer and audio engineer on Many Roads to Here. I primarily help record interviews, shape narrative arcs through script and audio editing, and mix and master episodes. I served as the primary audio editor for the episode below: Breaking Free: The Path to a New Life, where I assembled and edited all of the raw narration and interview recordings, cutting them to fit the script and time parameters of the episode.
I served as the sound recordist for the two interviews featured in the episodes linked below: The Courage to Begin Again and I Learned a Lot About How to Survive
Shofar So Good
Audio Engineer / Sound Designer + Associate Producer
An audio documentary series about Kate Mishkin’s search for Jewish answers
My role on this show predominantly centered around audio engineering and sound design as well as collaborating on some scripting and editorial decisions. I was the Senior Audio Engineer and Sound Designer for Episode 2: Is anybody out there?
Okinawa: An Album’s Return
Independent Podcast Producer
A documentary style podcast uncovering the hidden history behind a lost photo album and the journey to return it across generations and continents.
I’m currently researching, writing, and producing an audio documentary podcast centered on a WWII-era family photo album and its return to Japan. While the story of the album’s return is the narrative thread, the return of this album also functions as an entry way for a larger investigation into the island’s history, its ongoing struggles with the legacy of war, and how Okinawans are working toward peace and justice today.
